Dorcas Folasade is the Founder and Visionary of Exhort Her Mentorship, a faith-centered leadership organization dedicated to creating Kingdom thought leaders through identity, healing, leadership, and stewardship.
With more than a decade of experience in leadership, education, and community service, Dorcas has devoted her career to equipping people to thrive personally and professionally. As an Early Childhood Professional, she has served children, families, and educators for over 10 years, advocating for quality early learning and strengthening communities through education.
During her career, Dorcas had the opportunity to participate in Harvard University's Early Childhood Program, further expanding her knowledge of child development and leadership in education.
As a first responder in the early childhood field during the COVID-19 pandemic, she remained committed to serving children and families during one of the most challenging seasons in modern history, demonstrating resilience, compassion, and servant leadership.
Beyond her professional work, Dorcas has served as a community advocate for children and families throughout her career and has spent the past six years mentoring youth and young adults alongside her husband through a community ministry they continue to lead today. Their heart is to help the next generation discover purpose, develop strong character, and grow in their faith.
These experiences have shaped the vision behind Exhort Her Mentorship—a ministry and leadership movement that equips women to lead with biblical wisdom, intentionality, and excellence.
Through Exhort Her Collective, Lady Leaders Academy, Maximize Your Now Coaching, speaking engagements, and leadership resources, Dorcas empowers women to embrace their God-given identity, experience healing, steward their influence faithfully, and become transformational leaders in every sphere of life.
